WHO WE ARE

A modern F&B and merchant operating platform, built in Hong Kong.

Our platform runs the operating layer for established names in HK F&B, property management, and travel — supplier order intake at Angliss and Want Want, building services and recurring memberships at Kaishing (manager of the International Commerce Centre, Kowloon's tallest tower), and ticketing and a connected merchant network at Sun Ferry.

Across these customers, our software touches multiple payment flows every day: B2B supplier ordering, B2C ticketing, recurring memberships, e-commerce, and in-person retail. We integrate with the acquirers and platforms our customers already use — and we're actively expanding that list.

Angliss Hong Kong Food Service

One of Asia's leading foodservice distributors, established in 1946 and acquired by Bidcorp Group in 2007. Named Hong Kong's Best Food Supplier of the Year 2023, with a network of 8,000+ HK foodservice customers across hotels, clubs, casual dining, airline catering, pastry, and theme parks.

Angliss uses our restaurant order-management module to receive orders from their restaurant customers across HK.

Distribution + DTC

Want Want

Globally recognized food and beverage manufacturer and distributor, with operations across mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. One of the most established names in Asian food distribution.

Want Want uses both our order-management module — for distribution flows similar to Angliss — and our /shop e-commerce product to sell directly online. A live example of how our platform supports omnichannel distribution from B2B supplier flow through to direct-to-consumer.

Property · Recurring

Kaishing

Property management operator behind The International Commerce Centre (ICC) — Kowloon's tallest building and one of Hong Kong's most recognizable premium properties.

Kaishing uses our membership system to manage facility access for ICC members and tenants, including recurring order payments and amenity bookings. A live deployment in one of HK's most demanding property environments.

Travel · Merchant network

Sun Ferry

Operator of public ferry services across Hong Kong's harbor and outlying islands.

Sun Ferry uses our platform for ticketing, passenger CRM, and a connected merchant network — passengers buy tickets, are captured in CRM, and on arrival at island destinations, redeem coupons at local merchants we've enabled for payment acceptance. One platform spans the entire travel journey, from purchase to destination spend.

Payment flows on our platform.

Our platform sits at multiple points in our customers' payment graphs. For an acquirer or payment platform, that means one integration unlocks access to several flow types — not just retail card acceptance.

B2C in-person acceptance. Through our POS, deployed in restaurants and at the merchants in our connected networks. Card, wallet, and local HK payment methods.

B2C online acceptance. Through our /shop e-commerce product (used by Want Want and others), through Sun Ferry's online ticketing, and through Kaishing's recurring billing flows.

B2B receivables. Distributors like Angliss and Want Want receive orders from their HK restaurant customers through our order-management module — every order is a B2B payable awaiting settlement.

B2B cross-border payables. Restaurants ordering from overseas suppliers through our platform. A natural fit for FX and cross-border payouts.

Recurring billing. Memberships, amenity bookings, and subscription services through Kaishing and other property-management deployments.

Connected merchant networks. Small-merchant card and wallet acceptance at Sun Ferry's island destinations — net-new merchants outside the reach of typical SME outreach.

What we're looking for

What we want from
payment partners.

We're acquirer-integrated, not acquirer-dependent. Adyen and Nuvei are live in production today; we're actively building toward additional acquiring partners that complement our existing surface and expand what we can offer customers.

Specifically, we look for partners who bring:

Payment acquiring across acceptance modes

In-person card and wallet acceptance through payment terminals, plus online checkout for e-commerce and recurring billing. Customers increasingly want both under one acquirer.

Strong local Hong Kong coverage

Octopus, FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, mainland Alipay and WeChat Pay, plus all major international cards and wallets. Local method depth matters for our customer base.

Cross-border and FX capability

A meaningful share of our flow is cross-border — overseas supplier payments, tourist ticketing, mainland visitor payments at destination merchants. Partners with strong FX and payouts capability open up flows acquiring-only partners cannot.

Reconciliation depth

Our platform unifies sales, supplier flow, and recurring billing into a single ledger. Partners who provide clean payment data and consolidated reporting integrate cleanly with that model.

How it works

How we integrate with payment partners.

We've shipped enterprise acquirer integrations before. Adyen and Nuvei are live in production, supporting in-person POS acceptance, online checkout, and the recurring and B2B flows our customers run on us.

For new partners, we typically work across two integration surfaces:

In-person POS payments

Direct integration with payment terminal hardware and SDKs. Our POS software supports the partner's terminals natively, with end-to-end transaction handling, settlement reconciliation, and unified reporting.

Online and recurring acquiring

Integration with the partner's online payments API for e-commerce checkout (/shop), recurring billing (memberships, subscriptions, amenity bookings), and any online-component of in-person flows (pay-at-table, ticket pre-purchase, etc.).

In both cases, payment data flows into our unified ledger alongside everything else — supplier orders, inventory, memberships, ticketing — so the merchant sees one consolidated operating picture rather than fragmented per-system reporting.

Commercial

Commercial framework.

We work with payment partners on a per-partnership basis. Commercial terms — revenue share, exclusivity windows, co-marketing commitments — are negotiated based on the scope of the integration, the customer surface involved, and the go-to-market support each side commits to.

If you'd like to explore a partnership, the right next step is a direct conversation.

Hardware partners

Payment terminals, KDS hardware, kitchen printers, and self-service kiosks that integrate cleanly with our POS software.

Platform and ERP partners

Accounting tools, ERP systems, HR and payroll platforms that our F&B and property customers already use.

Delivery platforms

Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Keeta, and other order-aggregator integrations.
